WHOLESALE POLICIES:

MINIMUM OPENING ORDER: $250 - mix of any style, any color.

SUGGESTED STARTING ORDER: 12 pieces for best impact.

PAYMENT TERMS: Credit card required to place order. Payment due upon order shipment. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE: Cost to be to be determined and communicated at time of shipment. Express shipping is available upon request.

DELIVERY: In-stock items will ship within 3 business days. Standard lead time for made-to-order items is 4-6 weeks, confirmed at time of order. Delayed delivery cannot give rise to any penalty or indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for canceling the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders cancelled within two business days will not be charged a cancellation fee. Orders cancelled within four to seven business days, will incur a 50% cancellation fee, payable by credit card within seven days. Orders cannot be cancelled after seven days, or once shipped.

RETURN POLICY: Great care is taken to ensure quality. As each piece is handmade, there may be subtle variations. Should you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Exchanges are offered on defective merchandise, however all sales are final. No refunds.

PLEASE NOTE: CORDA undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available materials. In case products are temporarily or permanently unavailable, you will be notified via email. You will then have the option of modifying or canceling your order. In placing your order, you are accepting all of our general terms and conditions of the sale.
